NVIDIA 6月3日将推两款面向掌上设备芯片

5月26日消息，NVIDIA近期将发布两种类型的处理器。据评估者本星期发表的幻灯片显示，发布的日期是6月3日。这两种处理器的型号是TegraAPX2500和CSX600/650。

这是一种基于ARM11内核的系统芯片。这种芯片像英特尔的Atom芯片一样，是以掌上设备为应用对象的。

这种芯片的核心面积是144平方毫米。720p编码和解码的速度为每秒14MB。这种芯片支持当前的GeForce系列芯片的功能和上一代芯片的功能，能够执行AA和AF任务并且支持“OpenGLES2.0”3D图形标准。

体积大一些的CSX600和650芯片用于显示屏尺寸处于掌上电脑和真正的笔记本电脑之间的稍微大一些的设备。这种芯片运行Wince系统，而不是XP或者MEII操作系统，因为它不是x86芯片。这种芯片本身有256K二级缓存。

这种芯片的速度为700-800MHz，支持1080p/24fps。这种芯片还支持硬盘，能够在3瓦耗电量之下运行视频。
